My efforts also helped earn industry recognition, including our University of Missouri beat writer ranking in the top 10 by the Associated Press Sports Editors in 2023. I introduced a robust video strategy, doubling output and enhancing our multimedia approach, especially in covering MLS. Overall, I aimed to push the boundaries of storytelling while keeping our audience engaged and connected to the local sports community.
